At this time all the events at the Ventura County Fairgrounds will be postponed until May. (Subject to change). If you already have purchased a ticket for Sunday April 19th we will be forwarding those tickets to the Sunday we reopen. If you purchased other advance tickets they will be credited to your account. Check this website for any changes.
Please follow all the health guidelines and stay well. We can get through this together. We have instructed our staff to stay home and take care of them selves.
The Ventura Flea Market is held from 9am to 2pm 6 times a year near the ocean in Ventura California. It is a great place to shop and to get started selling your products or services. The event features antiques, used and new merchandise sold by over 500 vendors, more than 5,000 buyers visit the market each time it is held.

Food and beverages are available. The products available are: Hamburgers, cheese burgers, chicken sandwiches, polish sausage sandwiches, pastrami sandwiches, hot dogs, turkey corn dogs, fries, chili fries, snacks, sodas, water, and energy drinks.
Prices are in the $1.00 to $8.00 range.
All food sales are restricted to the licensed food contractor only; no other vendor can sell any type of food or beverage. Ovation is the licensed food contractor for this event.
FREE and preferred parking are now available. Handicap parking is also available.
Sorry no pets allowed unless they are certified service animals.

Selling space is available for the sale of any type of used, antique, second hand, or new merchandise. Only one vehicle will be allowed to enter per selling space. Trailers are considered vehicles and are only allowed if an additional space is purchased.
The only restricted items are food and drink of any kind, pharmaceuticals, no CBD products, no animals, guns, ammunition, knives, swords, mechetees, pornography and services requiring any type of physical contact.
Move-In Hours are 5:00am to 7:00am. However in busy Months move-in may start prior to 5am. (Arrival after 7:00am may void the ticket)
Space size(s) vary depending on location (please see the prices above which indicate space size(s) and prices.) If you have a space without a car, you may drive-in unload and move your vehicle to an adjacent parking lot.
The Event goes on RAIN or SHINE. There are No Refunds or Exchanges on spaces.
You are allowed to sell your own items twice (2) a year without a California resale number. Your permit must have the added address of the (Ventura Flea Market 10 West Harbor Blvd. Ventura, Ca 93001.)
Please note we will no longer allow any extra vehicles to enter the event. Only one vehicle will be allowed to enter on each seller ticket.
Each seller(s) ticket allows up to four people to enter and they all must enter together. All tickets must be signed.
All sellers must have their ticket signed before entering.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone please read the additional rules on the reverse side of your ticket.
When sending in checks be sure to indicate the date and color area you desire. Simply mail your check to us, we will confirm your space by mail and send all additional information needed. Include $5.00 for handling for all orders done by mail or credit card. Make your check payable to: R.G. Canning Companies
Tickets may be purchased in advance by mail, on-line or over the phone with a credit card. Tickets can also be purchased on the event morning for cash or credit card.
If you do not receive your ticket(s) in the mail or to get a duplicate if your tickets are lost. You can go to the will call office on the day of the event for assistance.
No food or beverages of any kind including prepackaged food, produce or canned items. Also, no animals, adult oriented items, gas filled balloons, knives, guns, ammunition, no medical treatment or services that require physical contact, or any items which are controversial or morally questionable in nature may be sold including drug oriented items. No games or sideshows allowed.

To become a permanent vendor and save$$ you need to buy a vendor ID for $10.00 and the available space you have selected. You will purchase 2 event tickets for that space and each time you come to the event you need to purchase another. This keeps you 2 events ahead at all times and maintains your permanent status. As a permanent vendor you will receive a discount on your space each event. (some spaces are not discount able)
