Join the RGC Shows team and help support some of California’s largest outdoor events and flea markets. We are regularly hiring for event setup, teardown, parking, vendor services, customer support, security, maintenance, and more.

Rose Bowl Tear Down Crew
Shift: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- Must know how to pull and back up trailers
- Must be able to perform physical labor
- Must work outdoors in event conditions
- Weekend availability required
- Experience with event setup/teardown preferred

Now Hiring Positions
RGC Shows hires for a variety of event positions throughout the year. Available positions may change based on event schedules, staffing needs, and location.
Tear Down Crew
Assists with post-event teardown, equipment movement, trailer loading, cleanup, and closing duties.
Setup Crew
Assists with event setup, equipment placement, signage, cones, barricades, and vendor area preparation.
Parking Staff
Helps direct vehicles, support parking flow, assist guests, and maintain safe event traffic movement.
Vendor Check-In
Assists vendors with check-in, space directions, basic event information, and customer service.
Security
Supports event safety, access control, crowd monitoring, and general security duties.
Maintenance
Supports event cleanliness, trash control, maintenance needs, and general event support.
Customer Service
Assists guests, vendors, and staff with questions, directions, and general event information.
Requirements for Certain Positions
Some positions, especially setup, teardown, parking, maintenance, and equipment-related roles, may require:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in event conditions
- Weekend availability
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Trailer towing, pulling, and backing experience for certain positions
