	I have a few antiques to sell from an estate sale do I need a sales tax number?
*You are allowed to sell up to 2 times a year with out a resale number the only exception is if you are selling a large quantity of new items such as several hundred T-shirts*.

If I buy a ticket for a space or cancellation space and decide not to come will I get a refund?

There are no refunds or exchanges, when you purchase a ticket for a regular space or a cancellation space they are taken from the inventory so another person would be unable to purchase those spaces. When you purchase space at one of our events it is just like buying a ticket to a concert or sporting event your space is being held for you. All of our events also go on rain or shine with the exception of the San Bernardino Outdoor Market.

	Is there electricity available at the Rose Bowl?
*Yes, their are limited spaces available with electricity depending on location but electricity is not included in any space price so we do not accept any responsibility for any out of order power.*

	Is there internet connections available at the Rose Bowl?
*No, their are no internet connections available. Vendors needing internet access usually use a wireless carrier service.*

	Are Wheelchairs or strollers available for rent at the Rose Bowl Flea Market?
I am sorry but we do not have wheelchair or stroller rentals available at the Rose Bowl Flea Market

	Can I buy a ticket to sell on the day of the event?
Yes, arrive at the event and proceed to the seller's gate. You can purchase tickets there. At the Rose Bowl Flea Market tickets are sold at the White area move in gate for the White area only for all other colors go to the vendor office by the main exit gate.

	At the Rose Bowl Flea Market what do I need, to remain a permanent vendor?
To remain a permanent vendor you must keep your vendor ID card up to date as well as have at least 3 unused tickets for each space. You need to always remain ahead 3 events, when you use one, you buy one.

	Can I have people help me sell and how many?
*You are allowed up to 4 people per space reservation however you must all arrive at the same time, late arrivals will have to purchase an admission ticket.*

	At the Rose Bowl what is the best place for antiques?
The largest antique area is the Orange area if you go to the Rose Bowl event tab and click, you can see the color layout. We also have a lot of antiques in the reserved White area especially Vintage Clothing.

	I have heard it is hard to get a good space at the Rose Bowl?
*That is not true, our staff will assist you in everyway to get you started and explain all the things you will need to know to make your first selling experience a good one.*

If I don't get my ticket in the mail what do I do?

You come to the event, if you have been notified that your ticket is at will call, do the following: At the Rose Bowl, will calls for all colors except White and Arts & Crafts, pick up is located at lot "B". The White area will calls are located at the White area move in gate. Arts & Crafts will calls are located at the Arts & Crafts gate. If your ticket has been lost, stolen or you did not receive it in the mail go to the main sellers office a duplicate usually can be issued if you have a reserved space reservation, there is a small fee. At all the other markets report to the sellers gate they will assist you.

	How many cars can I take in?
There is only one vehicle allowed per space reservation however in some area's we allow extra vehicles to enter and unload but they must be removed after unloading. There is a charge for the extra vehicle.

	Can I bring my dog to the Rose Bowl?
*I am sorry but no pets are allowed at any of our events with the exception of registered service animals.*
